Leaf
The leaves of Walsura trifoliolata grow alternately on the stem (spirally arranged).
Walsura trifoliata has trifoliate leaves. These compound leaves are about 8-15 cm long and wide.
The leaves have a 2.5-4 cm long petiole.
The leaflets are leathery and coriaceous and 5-9 cm long and 2.5-3.5 wide. They are elliptic with a obtuse-retuse apex, rounded-cuneate base and entire margins.
The leaflets are glabrous, dark-green glossy above and light-green beneath with prominent midrib. The leaflets have a 4-5 mm long petiolule.
The venation of the leaflets is reticulate.

Flower
The inflorescences of Walsura trifoliolata are terminal and axillary corymbose panicles up to 15 cm long with 5-8 cm long peduncles.
The flowers of Walsura trifoliolata are pentamerous, creamy-white, 6-7 mm across with a 1 mm long pedicel.
The calyx is composed of 5 lobes. These calyx-lobes are pubescent, yellow-greenish, triangular and about 1 mm long.
The corolla is composed of 5 cream-coloured and puberulous petals. They are ovate-oblong with acute apex and about 2.5 mm long and 1.5 mm wide.
There are 10 stamens. They are 1.5 mm long and connate at the base.
The ovary is globose, 1.5-2 mm across and 2-locular with 2 ovules in each locule. The style is 1 mm long with a capitate stigma.
The flowers are fragrant.

Seed
