Leaf

The leaves of Albizia lathamii are compound, bipinnate with an alternate arrangement.
The leaves are around 10 cm long and 4 cm wide, with a gland near the base.
They are 2 to 4 pairs of pinnae, 1.5 cm to 5 cm long.
Each pinnae is then divided into 10 to 20 opposite leaflets.
The leaflets are oblong-obovate in shape with an unequal base.
The leaflet apex is round or retuse, the margin is entire. The base is truncate and oblique.
The upper side of the leaflet is glabrous when mature and sparsely tomentose on the lower side.
The petiole is about 3 cm long and pubescent with a gland between the 2 terminal pinnae.

Flower

The flower-heads of Albizia lathamii are bisexual and are arranged in globose axillary corymbs.
The flower-heads are solitary or found in pairs of 2 or 3.
They grow on stunted branches just below the leaf with a pubescent peduncle.
There are about 5 to 20 white flowers per head.
The corolla is funnel-shaped and densely pubescent without.
There are around 50 exserted stamens per flower.

Fruit

The fruits of Albizia lathamii are brown strap-shaped seedpods.
They are flat, compressed, straight or slightly curved.
